Aaron was an extremely knowledgable guy , he was very patient and not pushy , we did shop rather late on a Sunday afternoon , but did not feel rushed .His other colleagues that were in the shop were also very friendly and joined in with our banter , we felt very valued as a customer .

Carl, the store assistant was friendly,very kind and understanding. He looked after us as if we were the only people in the store. He helped and guided into making the right choice of mattress without putting any pressure on us. He was efficient and an excellent salesman. Upon leaving we felt that we had made a new friend!

first visit lady assistant was very helpful and friendly. on the second visit a young man by the name 0f Carl completed the deal in a very helpful manner.

I felt very comfortable with the assistant Aaron and nothing seemed too much trouble for him

Pete my store advisor was very welcoming and friendly from the moment I saw him. Pete welcomed me to the store and made himself fully available to me when I was ready. He didn't make me feel pressured into buying from the store. When I was deciding on a mattress he encouraged me to try the different mattresses as many times as I wished. He ensured I was completely comfortable with my final choice. However he reassured me that if I was not satisfied with the mattress after trying it at home under the cover available I could ask for an exchange. I purchased the complete cover for the mattress and the bed frame and I purchased a very nice duvet cover set too! Anyone thinking of buying a bed needs to go and see Pete at Shrewsbury he is an asset to the company. Well done Pete

Peter, the salesman was very knowledgable. We've been looking for a new mattress for a long time but always walk away. He told us to try three mattresses then go from there. Process of elimination hopefully we've got the one. New mattress arrives on Wednesday. I never normally reply to feedback but my husband and I both said he was very attentive but at the same time gave us space. We didn't really need to ask any questions he had it all covered. Hope my new mattress lives up to my Dreams
