The assistant was very helpful and explained everything and it was very easy to make our mind up as our old mattress was Dreams.

I felt safe, Covid protocols were being followed. The member of staff who attended to me was wearing a mask, and was friendly, polite and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the beds etc, so I knew I was in safe hands

Assisted by Charlotte. Went into the store to buy a new mattress for my son. Shown to several different ones to try after using the test bed ( sorry, can't remember the name)

The store manager David was brilliant, nothing felt like too much trouble & he was highly knowledgeable. Although there were recommendations of mattresses for all price points I didn't feel like I was pressured at all to purchase the most expensive, price wasn't an option it was all about comfort. Couldn't have faulted his expertise and he was very friendly and made you feel at ease the whole time.

Once we had a configuration of what bed would be best suited Charlotte showed us our options. She was very helpful, not pushy, knew her products & made the whole experience very easy & straightforward. We were recommended by family and we will definitely recommend others to the store. I can not wait for my new mattress to arrive!

The guy who helped us was super helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure we got everything we needed to fit our needs. The wooden frame we originally went in for was out of stock for the foreseeable future so he spent 30 minutes finding beds in store and online to best fit, and giving ideas and suggestions on storage options to make the frame best work for our needs.

We were given immediate assistance with full explanation to all our queries. Also, greatly helped in sorting out finances.

Have previously ordered mattress and base.After initial problem situation was resolved. So in good faith l returned to purchase mattress. Staff helpful and pleasant. Would feel happier if beds were freshly covered for every customer.Thought a few looked dingy...that is my only issue.

On my first visit to the store I was greeted by a very freindly and approchable gentleman called Wesley. He listened very carefully to my requirements and then proceeded to give me first class advice and show me the various options available to me. I was most impressed with his depth of knowledge and sound advice and he also drew my attention to a product which had a special offer on. After going away and looking at Wesleys suggestions on line at the Dreams website I felt confident to return two days later and place the order with Charlotte ( Wesley was busy with another customer ) who could not have been more helpful.

We were served by Charlotte who was extremely helpful and professional.
