The salesman Pete was very understanding , clearly understanding what products we wanted to look at and showing us all possibilities. The whole process was easy and as there is so much choice in beds etc it could easily be a minefield . Thankyou dreams and thankyou Pete

This was a fantastic experience overall and I will most definitely visit the store again the staff was outstanding. The salesman Aaron was outstanding very pleasant young man and had a lot of knowledge of the products that you sell and was not pushy over anything and he took the time to explain what was what

Went to the Telford store and found the mattress we liked. Unfortunately not in stock at the Telford store but the staff called the shrewsbury store and asked for one to be put aside after checking we are happy to collect it. Went to the shrewsbury store and was greeted and sorted out quickly and efficiently

Service was very good - thorough, friendly yet not intrusive. The assistant (Carl)answered all our questions, offered different alternatives and explained the benefits of each option. He also gave us time alone to discuss and decide what we wanted - VERY IMPORTANT. He also offered advise on pillows, mattress protectors etc. so we had all the information we needed to make our choice as well as all the 'add-ons' we required to ensure had the complete package. A positive experience.

Our experience at Dreams was made so easy and successful by Debbie who served us. She made us feel welcome as soon as we came into the store but at no time did we feel pressured to buy any particular item. Help with bed linen and a cup of tea were very welcome.
