David was very knowledgable about all aspects of the mattresses we tried and took the time to answer our questions.

We were shown all different types of mattresses to suit us and when me and my partner wanted to discuss money, the assistant would leave without making us feel uncomfortable or anything giving us enough time and space to come to our own decision

There’s so much to choose from and Wesley was very helpful he showed me several mattresses before I was happy with the one I chose

Adam served me, he was such a lovely young man who made the experience a pleasure, he went above and beyond to help. I Had been looking at the House Beautiful bed for a while and Adam was so helpful and knowledgable and couldn’t do enough to help. He didn’t go on and on with too much sales patter which I find annoying he just kept to the relevance of the purchase. Very excited to receive my new bed. I went in store on Monday and was so shocked when Adam said it would arrive Friday as I was expecting a long wait. I also received a free blanket box worth £199 plus a pack of silent night pillows. Thank you Adam and thank you Dreams. 😄

Great service

I think the lads name was Adam who served us, he was absolutely brilliant. No pressure let us take our time, showed us what was available and recommended for our sleep pattern then left us to try them out. Didn't try and lead us towards the most expensive product and gave great advice when we asked.

The store representative was very helpful but not pushy. They gave us time to look around the store, and we also tried to machine to tell you which mattress is most suited to you which saved alot of time in choosing a mattress.

The reason I am highly satisfied with Dreams is because the shop assistant went out of is way to be helpful without being pushy.He was also very well informed regarding the company's products and is a credit to your company.
