Store bed assistance all superb

Got what we needed. Sales guy was very helpful withpout being pushy

Went to the store not really knowing what I wanted, started talking to a salesman called Pete, he made me feel at ease and went through loads of different options, got me to try out different mattresses to see what I felt comfortable on. I finally made a choice. It was then down to the paperwork side, he even made a brew for my partner while we sorted the order out. It was all very easy with no hassle. Really pleased I went to the store and not order online.

Very efficient speedy service

James remembered us from when we previously visited the store, he offered us a cup of tea and took time to ask what we wanted and why. Gave us various options within our budget and gave excellent advice. Friendly conversation and we felt he was very genuine. Great products too and we had a number of extras that we were not expecting.

Pete’s product knowledge was excellent. He wasn’t a pushy salesman but did his job well. He explained the products thoroughly and left us to make our minds up. Well informed on delivery time and kept to time. Couldn’t fault the delivery man

Products are well presented with room to walk around easily. Friendly helpful and knowledgeable team on hand, willing to help but not pushy.
