Adam and his colleague were very attentive to our needs and queries, we were able to try a large range of mattresses to find the one best suited to our needs, even got a hot drink.

We needed a new mattress and decided to call into Dreams at Shrewsbury, when we entered the shop we were impressed with the layout. They were very busy so just looked round the shop until we came across a lovely mattress but needed some help and unfortunately no one was available. We decided to go onto the following bed company and were then pounced upon. we did find a nice mattress but was unsure about it until I had seen the previous one at Dreams. I found the sales woman very pushy and decided to go back to Dreams to have a look at the first mattress we saw upon doing so we were approached by a salesman Adam B. He was very professional and gave me a lot of information about the mattress although the Mattress was dearer we decided to buy from Dreams and that was all down to the salesman who by the way makes a lovely cup of tea.

We were approached by Adam he was not pushy and had an extensive knowledge of the products available for sale. We also used the state of the art machine to decide which bed we should buy. He was a very good sales person.

Pete who served us was very helpful. He even made us all a cup of tea. He stayed over after the store had closed to give us the time to decide on the right bed and to complete the order. He had good product knowledge, was patient and repeated things when we needed him to. He used the sleep system to assess which bed might be best, we found that useful.

Helpful staff member who was courteous, patient and had excellent product knowledge. He answered all the questions with thought and did not rush any decision.

Member of staff Peter was very helpful, not too pushy. Gave us good advice ad to the different aspects of the beds and allowed plenty of time for us to choose.
