Staff very attentive, helpful and knowledgable. Patient with us as we knew which frame but not the mattress so he helped us a lot with that. Offered a drink, overall a great experience

Pete was brilliant even made us all a cuppa.Brought me a pillow and duvet!!! Left me in peace when I wanted it..nearly nodded off! Even brought me a pillow which was marvellous for my bad back!! I need to save for one. He was great with my daughter who has special needs and even ordered her a bed too he was brilliant from beginning to end
