We had already looked online and wanted to view the item. Mr Dawso who helped us was very good . He found us a mattress that suited our needs and at a great price along with the explaining the assembly of the bed frame.

The gentleman called Adam was very helpful for what bed I needed

The shop assistant was very helpful, very happy with the service overall.

we were not pounced on as soon as we entered the store something that i think is good.but when we required assistance peter was only too willing to give us his expertise in choosing the mattress we required.he allowed us to wander and try out beds that he recommended for our requirements he even got us a cup of coffee,which i must say was good.afterwards we went on the machine to say what mattress was recommended and two of them were mattresses that we liked the best so choosing it was made easier.after selecting the paper work was pretty straight forward and the delivery date was excellent just 8 days from the purchase date.

Tammy (sales advisor) was incredibly friendly without being pushy, had great product knowledge and took the time to help us analyse what bed and mattress would be best for us. She gave us info on all the beds selected and then left us to try and discuss in private. We’re waiting to receive our bed etc, but are confident with the help given in store today by Tammy that it will be a successful purchase.

The help provided from using the test bed & subsequent list of options. The way the testing & chance to try & eliminate in sequence, to finish with full satisfaction. Also the amount of time & knowledge spent by Pete & the coffee (to my specification) made by him. The whole experience, which took a considerable time (well spent), was made considerably pleasant by the friendly attitude of the staff.
