Scott in the Shrewsbury store was brilliant. Very thorough and patient as it took us a while to make a decision!

Wesley was our sales assistant. Extremely satisfied. Really cared about making sure we found the right mattress for us.

Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, and speedy delivery times.

I had a specific model in mind and had gone to look at it prior to ordering it online and was disappointed to not find it on display but I was immediately offered options, pros and cons were discussed by someone who knew what they were talking about and my order was promptly placed with a delivery time adjusted to my availability which was something I appreciated the most Thankyou Wesley

Could not fault your service at all.We were immediately served by a very pleasant young man,and his explanations of the product was extremely helpful.

The whole experience was so good! I went in looking for a bed and mattress and left so pleased with the choice, the value and how nice and helpful the sales assistant was!

Made 2 visits to the Shrewsbury store to weigh up options. (visited x2 competitors) both assistants we dealt with were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Working within a budget, they were both helpful offering the range of products. Never felt 'pushed' in to making our purchase. Always given time to think about our needs for store products. After visiting two other competitors for product comparison, the Shrewsbury store assistants were excellent and i would happily recommend this store based on our experience. The lead off time for delivery would seem a little lengthy. However, given the post COVID situation, this is a very minor issue.
