Very knowledgeable staff,friendly atmosphere in the store.

Adam B who works at the Shrewsbury store was so polite, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He spent time fully explaining extra details I needed in order to buy my Grandson's birthday present of his first proper bed. I could not have been looked after any better.

The service I received was outstanding. Pete was very helpful giving me his undevided attention. He put no pressure on me to make a hurried decision on which items I chose to purchase. Answering all my questions promptly checking to insure he was giving me accurate information enabling me to make an informed choice at every stage of my decision making.

We bought our current bed from them so went back to see if they were ok again. And they were. There was nothing on display that suited our requirements so they looked on line for us and showed us different beds similar to that described by us. There were 2 options and they checked availability etc on both so we could make a reasoned decision as to our purchase. They were very professional throughout even though Wes was new in the store. We felt well looked after and made to feel "special".

Good Customer service / product knowledge

Salesman (Wez) was very helpful as soon as we entered the store. He wasn't pushy and allowed us time to look for ourselves but gave us really good information about the different mattresses and beds. He let us use the Dreams Technology to inform us on which mattress type best suited us. Wez was able to get us a great discount for the amount we were spending. Highly helpful, left highly satisfied and would recommend to friends and family.

I called in to just have a look and ended up making a purchase because Wes was so helpful and obliging, brilliant customer service.

Having never been to the store before I was unsure what to expect, the staff were inceedible. Adam who served me was so polite and very knowledgeable. Overall great experience.

Peter the salesman was very professional,charismatic,polite and had excellent communication skills. Overall our experience exceeded all expectations. Buying a mattress and pillows was a memorable experience. Peter is a credit to the company and we will recommend Friends and family to Peter. Karen and David.
