Adam was very informative and not at all pushy. We found what we needed more clearly than we could of guessed, i.e. the right mattress.

Adam was really helpful; aswell as not being too intrusive, he greeted us with a smile, talked us through our options and helped us make a decision. usually i wouldnt bother doing surveys like this, i don't expect to win. But Adam deserves praise for his service. he's a real asset to your company. i hope you appriciate him, unfortunately people working hard for huge companies rarely get the recognition they deserve.

Very efficient and friendly

Visited both your Telford and Shrewsbury stores. The information given by your very helpful sales assistant (I think it was Jen) at Telford lead us to buy a mattress when we were in Shrewsbury.

item required was not normal " run - of - the - mill ",it was a replacement mattress for an existing adjustable bed. range and availability was fully shown and extensive trialing was provided. I felt my needs were fully appreciated and dealt with

I received a professional service from an assistant who had a good knowledge of the products available in the store and was prepared to spend as much time as it took to select my purchase
