The service received was highly professional and executed with a friendly and knowledgeable attitude. The colleague had and excellent attitude and took time to advise us on the ranges thst suited us

I was impress with both the knowledge of the staff and the quality of the products on sale. The store was busy at the time of my visit but staff still managed to give me all the attention I needed to make an informed choice about my purchase. I shall certainly shop at this store again.

Very good product knowledge

I was greeted by a member a lovely and friendly member of staff i told him what I was looking for and he showed me my options and he also explained things very well to me

The sales assistant was very polite,had good sound knowledge of all the products. We were not pressurised into any sales

This was our first visit to a dreams store ..we were greeted as we arrived and the sales man was very helpful. After the sleep match process we were shown beds recommended for our needs ..Our sales man was new to his job. he was very patient and polite and answered our questions we asked him . we were pleased with the service we received .

Excellent knowledge by the store assistance- it was unbelievable. He spent a lot of time with me and nothing was to much trouble for him. I apologised several times for the amount of time he had to spend with me and his reply was that is my job to make sure to help you make the right decision on your selection of mattress. His knowledge was of the products was great. Thank you for all the time taken for me to make my choice.
