Greeted on entering the store. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good choice of styles and range of price. Special offers were good. No pressure to buy. Good explanation of paperwork.

I had a great experience choosing my new bed, mattress and matching bedroom furniture, with the help of a friendly knowledgeable assistant. He was not at all pushy, luckily because I don't like that. After telling him what I wanted he helped me find what I was after. I even had a cup of coffee!

When we arrived we were offered assistance quickly and we stated what we were looking for. The staff member immediately showed us products that would suit our needs.

We were immediately asked if we needed assistance & shown the device to diagnose which mattress we needed & than shown all the mattresses suited to us & helped to choose the best one for us.
