Customer service is always excellent at the store and products are well made. You get what you pay for.

Staff were really informative and listened to our needs

Scott (at Shrewsbury branch) gave all his time and patience to enable me to make my own satisfactory choice of mattress and bed. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Store well laid out, all clean and tidy, all mattress options available. It was lovely dealing with someone with a sense of humour and reality. Everything was clearly explained.

We went into store not really sure of what we needed and came out with a great deal and a matress that felt amazing!! The staff were amazing and super helpful and told us all about the bed and how they are made! And taylor made our experience for us!

Easy transaction, great customer service, all finished before my father had finished his coffee!

We made first visit to dreams and were served by baz who was a new member he was very helpful and not afraid to ask colleagues for help if we asked something he was not sure of. We were unable to stay due to time restrictions however he kept us informed and advised us of the extra discount. Therefore we returned and placed the order, during this visit there were other members of the team who also helped massively in our decision. Baz, wes and a lady who didn't get her name were so helpful and friendly. Definitely a great shopping experience.

Lovely salesman, very helpful, when we went in with masks on he went and put one on, which made us feel comfortable.

I went in on Friday to get an idea of what was available, and was planning to return with my husband next Wednesday (the earliest he could get holiday, so we didn't have to bring our 3 kids with us - they get distracting when they get bored, which isn't fair on anyone else in the store). Scott told me the current promotion was ending Tuesday so to come back before then. We came in on Saturday, to find a flash sale had been added - happy days! Everyone was so patient, the staff bought water and books for the kids, we bought electronics to keep them entertained so they didn't misbehave. Scott went through all the same beds that we tried on the Friday, he really gave us so much attention and was really patient as we went bac and forward between a couple of options. The other staff were really friendly, chatty and there was obviously a very good rapport between them, and we had a really easy conversation while Scott did the paperwork - we were even brought a cup of tea!

Scott Uncles from the Shrewsbury store was fantastic. Taking the time to go through delivery times as I needed a replacement bed and mattress for my son ASAP. Couldn’t have asked for a better staff member to help
