Adam, who dealt with us was most helpful and highly professional, and did not put any pressure on us, and was very patient when we were considering which mattress to choose. We found the diagnostic bed most useful, as my wife has back trouble, and it was essential to get the most suitable mattress. We were very impressed with this piece of apparatus.

My husband and I wanted to buy a double mattress for a spare bed that is rarely slept in. We wanted to buy the cheapest one possible, but came away with a mid-priced one having been encouraged to try out all the available options. We asked a lot of questions about all the products, and were answered fully and knowledgeably by your sales operative who gave us his full attention the whole time we were there. We left feeling highly satisfied with our purchase.

Very knowledgeable and approachable staff

We were assisted by Steve who suggested we try the bed which takes all the readings of how you lie in bed, any injuries etc (can't remember its name). This produced a list of about six different beds. We tried them all, which you had examples of in the store and we decided on the Harrison Spinks bed. We visited the store initially earlier on this year but we didn't need the bed until this November. I visited the store a few months ago with a query of when the best time was to order the bed and again saw Steve who was very helpful and we went in last Sunday to order the bed. Each time Steve was very helpful and it was nice to be able to see the same person each time we had contact with the store. We had another bounce around on the bed on Sunday and both of us know we have made the right decision. Ordering was easy and we look forward to receiving our bed at the end of October. Overall very satisfying experience. Thank you.
