Your assistant was extremely good deserved pay rise

Pete gave me in-depth insight into various mattresses in store, he was there to help as soon as I walked in and as I wasn't sure want type of mattress I required his help was excellent.

Wes was really knowledgeable and patient with us but we didn’t feel pressured at all to place an order. He spent time going through many options with us and was friendly and inviting

Pete was very professional, knowledgeable & fair. (No hard selling tactics). He was extremely empathic re my bereavement (I lost my husband 6 months after we purchased new mattress from Dreams 2017). He made my friend & I a cup of tea. He was not pushy.

The assistant Wes in the Shrewsbury store was very knowledgeable and helpful.

I was given time to look around first which is what I like, then the assistant introduced himself and then offered to see what suited my needs and was very polite and extremely knowledgeable on the products.

I was greeted on entry of the store, after looking at the products on offer for a minute the colleague who greeted me asked if he could help me. After I explained what I was looking for he asked if I had been checked/proffesionally assessed for the type of mattress I was looking for. Upon my answer I was treated to a strange sensation massage on the dreams diagnostic bed. I was offered a cup of tea whilst this machine was operating. When the machine finished its diagnostic, and I was given an explanation as to what it was assessing and my results, I was asked what my budget was. I didnt want to be recommened based on price to which I was assured I wouldn't be, so I said no budget. After being shown several matresses only after I narrowed it down to two options was I told price. No pushy sale and he was very forth coming about his own experiance of matresses. Very knowledgable also.

Adam was very knowledgable about the mattresses and guided us round the store. He talked us through your Sleepmatch system which we tried. He then gave us each a pillow and guided us around the mattresses we were matched with and also two other mattresses which he thought we would like (one of which we bought and are very pleased with). He offered us a drink when we sat down to place our order and was genuinely a really nice chap who was interested in us and not just after ‘a sale’. The other two chaps were also very friendly and we all had good conversation and really enjoyed our shopping experience. This is the second time we have bought a mattress from this store and would return again and again. Also the two delivery guys were lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. All five members of staff are credit to your company. Thank you to Adam for his knowledge, it is true that we have slept soundly since the new mattress has arrived with no more aches and pains!
