Dreams - Shrewsbury

Adam went above and beyond what I would expect as I suspect I was a rather difficult and rather flippant customer. I cannot really tell much of a difference between the matresses, but he helped my wife find the mattress that was best for her and if she is happy then so am I.

We were served by David in the Shrewsbury store he was very knowledgeable and very helpful and I would highly recommend a visit

The staff members was very helpful and friendly gave us plenty of time to look at the different beds that we was shown the staff member was called Wesley at the shrewsbury dreams

Very helpful sales assistant ,lovely bunk beds which had only been set up that day ,so was happy with my purchase ,only negative was I felt the mattresses were expensive and wasn’t offered an alternative,but still happy with my purchase.hoping to visit again to purchase a double bed as moving into a new house soon .

I came in to look for a mattress the service I received was the best I had ever received, Adam was helpful and not pushy at all.

We were given undivided attention and really good advice about which bed and mattress would meet our needs. The sales assistant wasn’t pushy, just helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

Greeted as we entered the store, didnt feel under pressure and Pete provided the information that we requested.

Staff were very friendly and took the time to find us the right mattress.

The assistant was responsive to our needs and had a good knowledge of the items we wanted
