Baz was very helpful, whilst providing information did not put pressure on us to purchase and left us alone when needed.

Sales assistant was highly knowledgeable and friendly. Upsold in a friendly manner - made me feel v comfortable about a big purchase.

I had a warm welcome, the sales assistant was friendly knowledgable i was shown a really good range of options to choose from with a great budget range so felt i could really easily make a choice within budget. I left with exactly what i wanted and felt happy with my purchase

We were met by Wes who immediately acknowledged us, he then spent time listening and understanding our concerns and needs, we told him straight away that we were not purchasing that day but he still spent time explaining and showing us, giving us time on our own without any pressure just complete politeness and friendliness. We bought that day!

Store was quiet. Staff had plenty of time to assist. Used the sleep test. Recommended mattresses to suit our needs. Not rushed, given plenty of time to lie down on any mattress we wanted to try out.

The assistant, Scott, was very helpful and although apparently new to the store, his product knowledge was very good, and where he was unsure of a specific detail, he was able to quickly call upon a colleague for assistance. We left having ordered a bed frame, mattress, headboards to suit and a duvet cover and duvet, and were very pleased with the products and the service.

I’m a returning customer, I received excellent service first time I visited the store when on holiday last year, then I bought a Tampa mattress and was thoroughly pleased with it and the service and delivery. This influenced me to wait and return to get advice and then purchase an electric bed. My parents are also a returning customers and they purchased an electric bed and mattress to there specifications during my visit. It was there recommendations for my first visit. Excellent company, helpful and friendly staff not pushy. Thank you Scott for brilliant service for myself and my parents and very friendly manager.

We found the salesman Scott very helpful and knowledgeable and he helped us make the perfect choice for our mattress. We even were offered a cup of tea
