We were dealt with promptly and the assistant was very cautious and made us feel valued.

The staff member Usha at the Oldbury store, was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. She made sure to check in with me every so often, to see if there was anything she could help clarify on. Usha managed to not only cover all bases with every question I had, but also gave me extensive additional information. This reassured me that I was in safe hands. She was extremely patient in helping me find the right mattress, and discussing my best options. The process of making a deposit payment and setting up a finance plan, was made so simple and effortless by the staff member, who broke things down for me at every step. Usha was also incredibly friendly, welcoming and personable, which made the experience all the more memorable and pleasant. Investing a huge amount of money into something like a mattress and just finding the right one can be daunting, but dreams do an excellent job in helping to make things as hassle free as possible.

We were served by Mary. She was brilliant! We did the Sleepmatch experience and tried many mattresses out. Nothing was too much trouble. We even had a coffee too!!

Mary, the customer service member of staff who supported myself and partner in purchasing our new bed was very knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. She took the time to show us around the showroom and explain all the products. Also was fantastic and understanding with our two small children.

Good customer service, the member of staff Usha had good product knowledge and also showed the material samples in order of good materials. Also Usha also went above and beyond sorting out a query, which is nice to see and restore faith back into good customer service in these challenging times.

Friendly staff and helpful

Our assistant was very helpful from the start, suggesting that I lay on the special "computer"bed which was a very good idea. She then directed us to each of the mattresses recommended by the computer and I tried each one under her guidance, finally choosing the one I ordered.
