Mary our consultant was excellent Pleasant and very knowledgeable but not pushy

We visited the Oldbury store where we were looked after by Rob O'brien. Rob was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Nothing was too much for him. He even made us a really nice hot chocolate while we looked. He made the whole experience nice and easy.

Your employee Mary was very knowledgeable and helped us to select the item we wanted

The sales person (Mary) was friendly and very polite, she asked the right questions and listened to my needs and the trouble I have with my back, we were put on the mattress to identify what mattress was suited to my needs. Then we were taken around the store trying out different mattresses until we found the right one. We were looked after very well all the way to the end of the sale.

Robert put on the bed machine to determine product best for our needs then took us to each appropriate mattress to try them out.

I wasn’t pressured i felt I could have a good look around . I ask about some different mattresses and a man called Andy new and explained everything I wanted to know about the different types they had. I went to sales desk and a man called Chris put the order through and another man called Rob did me a coffee they were all very professional and friendly. I also had a chat to a lady called Mary such a lovely experience I was all done in a hour. I have always had my beds and mattresses from Dreams they are not pushy and let you browse with no hassle wouldn’t go anywhere else I went to the old bury store They were amazing excellent service you can’t go wrong .
