Dreams - Oldbury

We had looked on the website and more or less chosen the bed frames and mattress but the assistant who served us guided us through the purchase and the benefits of the frames and mattress. He was extremely helpful, polite and informative.

Chris was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked into the store. He Showed me the sleep match service. Once I'd been matched, he then brought me around the different mattress types and explained everything about them and the difference between them. I was very happy especially with having a pillow to use as well while trying the mattresses out.

Received great service and support from Chris at the Oldbury branch. He helped us narrow our searches and was very knowledgeable about the products. Chris was patient and offered us to test and chose the perfect mattress. We were given plenty of time to decide and did not felt pressured or rushed at any point. Chris has gone through all the options with us.

The assist was called Mary and was very helpful. She worked really hard to get us the best deal in an affordable price range without being pushy. I would highly recommend her

Staff were polite, informative but not pushy. They listened to our needs and were able to give us a range of suitable products to choose from. We were given plenty of information and plenty space and time to make our decision. The cup of coffee was a lovely touch too!

Mary was very helpful and got us a great deal, also loved the bed calibration computer thing very good idea reduced shopping time trying every bed
