Usha greeted me on arrival and asked if she could help. Usha led me to the selection of beds which were in my price range. She asked if I would like to try the 'sleep match' bed first. We decided on a mattress type to suit my needs. She gave me a pillow so I could lie on the beds and talked me through the mattress' . I decided on a mattress then she helped me choose a bed. At the sale she offered me a drink and talked me through the sale. She was very nice and I felt all my needs had been met. I will definitely go back when I need to replace my other bed.

Usha the dreams representative was polite and highly knowledgeable of products. The mattress machine was brilliant in being able to say what mattress was needed which made it a whole lot easier for us. Choice of beds was excellent too. The offer of drinks while things were sorted made us feel welcome and valued customers. A top notch service was provided.

I found my experience from entering the store to completing my order both informative and relaxing. My store assistant was very well informed on all the products that the Steepmatch selected for my needs to improve my sleep patterns. In addition Usha observed the ease of me moving and turning on each mattress untill we found the one that was the most comfortable and ease of my turning from my back to my side the way I prefer to sleep

Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and welcoming despite it being on New Years Eve when I expected people to be a bit eager to go home, but that is not the sense I got. They were very helpful, I knew exactly what I wanted to buy and they helped me quickly get what I wanted and be on my way with minimal fuss. This is exactly what I was hoping for, I knew what I wanted and didn't want to have to discuss a lot of options.

We entered the store, mildly unsure of what we wanted, Mary introduced herself and politely offered assistance. Mary helped us throughout and was excellent.

The lady (Usha) was so nice! Friendly, attentive and most of all she cared about what we wanted and that we couldn’t afford the most expensive of beds! She was not pushy; she advised based on experience and the scientific bed results, which again was a great part of our experience. Also, she made me a decent cup of tea, which is hard to do for me. Fussy as I am 😀

Andy the store manage severed myself and husband and he couldn’t have been more helpful was very friendly not pushy and knew what he was talking about. We had the same service off him a few years previous when we had to get a bed for downstairs urgently so we could get him home after he loss is leg playing football he when the extra mile on helping us get this sorted
