A lady called Mary looked after us superbly and explained everything in simple terms of we go again will.look.for her excellent service.

Usha was friendly and welcoming, but also efficient and professionally dealt with the needs of myself and my friend (looking to buy two different mattresses) simultaneously. She was respectful that I already had a good idea of what I wanted, but also very helpful and knowledgeable to my friend who had no idea. Just the right level of friendliness to make the experience comfortable while still maintaining professionalism - very impressed!

We were shown the product we were interested in and it was demonstrated to us professionally. Usha was friendly and offered us coffee while she dealt with the order. She allowed us time to look and try the product before purchasing.

We arrived within a few minutes of closing time and we’re sorted out straight away. Yes the item wasn’t in stock but another similar was available

Was greeted when entered the store but decided to look around ourselves and soon noticed we needed certain questions answered. Robert who was the one who greeted us came to rescue with all the questions answered. He also suggested to try bed to choose which mattress would be ideal for us.This made us decide what to order.

Rob was really helpful and patient in supporting us. It turned out he served me 6 years ago too when I made a purchase

The assistance was very knowledgeable and helpful when required. She was also not pushy and let us come to our own decisions without the typical salesperson pressure. Very pleased with the visit and the end product.

The colleague who helped us make the purchase, Mary at Oldbury, was wonderful. She answered all our questions and gave us the time to decide. She knew the products well and we felt confident in her answers.
