I don't have any disappointment with Dreams. It's the second time I've bought items from them. Nothing to complain about yet. Hope never Will.

Very knowledgeable excellent customer service time given to make choices

The staff were very friendly and helpful . A young man called Chris was so very helpful with no pressure. He spent time explaining what was suitable for me and made sure he went through all the paperwork before I made a decision. Would highly recommend Dreams .

The staff were lovely. Took Mum to get a new mattress. She doesn't go out much, so was a bit anxious. She was put at ease immediately. Found what she was looking for. I was so grateful for their kindness.

The experience didn't feel like a chore, Robert was very helpful, the sleep machine was interesting/fun/helpful as we quickly found a comfortable bed for a comfortable price, also closed quickly and again Robert was very reassuring with any post purchase queries or issues

When we entered the store Mary approached us and asked if we needed any help. We explained we were looking for a mattress for our first home but didn’t have a clue where to begin. So she took us through the ‘Sleep Match’ service and then showed us all the beds that matched our results. We ended up buying the very first mattress we tried but Mary was really patient with us and let us go back and fourth between the few that we liked. Confirming the purchase was really fast and delivery was less than 2 weeks and free of charge. Great experience

Mary assisted us on purchasing our bed. We found her to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful the whole experience was very hospitable.

The team member who served us went over and beyond to help us and understand our little boy had extra needs and was very patient with us and him. Also was very friendly to our little girl also. We feel our experience was made by his service and his patience. His service was 2nd to none
