Dalena (New Cross store) spent a long time to understand my needs and suggest my options without my price range. She was extremely patient with my indecisive nature and helped me to come a decision that I was happy with. She didn’t rush me or pressure me and was very attentive. We were helped out by a couple of ladies at dreams, but in particular Gina. She was a cracker, really easy to chat with and didn’t pressure us with any OTT pitches, just honest and genuine which went a long way for us. 10/10
