I felt safe there, and had a lot of help and found products quickly , it was a comfortable environment and I was given help fast, I liked the technology used to help find the right mattress.

The staff were very helpful,Gina in particular had excellent customer service. She was so friendly and helpful. First time i have ever,visted the store. And i was very impressed with the service. Thank you and i look forward to getting my new bed.

Gina, the assistant, dedicated her time to find my disabled father his perfect bed. She helped him on and off the bed whilst he was getting a feel for the bed options the sleep match machine recommended. She really took the time to explain the different options which gave my father and I greater understanding of what was best for him. We also needed the bed the following week which Gina politely said most likely they could not offer. However Gina was very helpful and found a way to get a bed delivered the following week! She has great customer service and I will be coming back again in the near future to buy my own bed. Thanks Gina!
