My experience was mind blowing considering the present climate we are living and the importance of social distancing. Health and safety was observed. Nandita/Gina abided to social distancing face masks worn by all. Even testing the type of mattresses suitable for my needs. Ever mattress was sanitised as I moved around the store. I had my grandson with me and Gina ask if she could give him a balloon of which I blew up and she gave to him. Since my visit to the store I have been singing praises of how kind and caring the customer care was noted. I especially liked the sleep dreams assistance.

Excellent customer service from arriving in the store to leaving. Various options were given on products from low to high prices. Knowledgeable on the products and friendly. We were offered water and time to browse. Good shopping experience.
