Ms Nandita took time to explain and show us around the options available for us. She made us feel welcomed, offered us a drink and made us not feel rush to check the items (bed) we wanted to purchase. We did not feel forced to buy anything, but in the end we bought and paid the whole price straight away Ms Nandita was instrumental in our decision of buying the mattress, as she made it with ease, professionalism and respect for us being an LGBTQ couple. My experience was mind blowing considering the present climate we are living and the importance of social distancing. Health and safety was observed. Nandita/Gina abided to social distancing face masks worn by all. Even testing the type of mattresses suitable for my needs. Ever mattress was sanitised as I moved around the store. I had my grandson with me and Gina ask if she could give him a balloon of which I blew up and she gave to him. Since my visit to the store I have been singing praises of how kind and caring the customer care was noted. I especially liked the sleep dreams assistance.
