The customer service offered was excellent. She had excellent knowledge of the products and she also shared her personal experience. The service offered was very personal to us. She was very engaging with us and made us feel at ease and comfortable. She didn't push us into and decision she allowed us to make the choice our selves. She adhere to the Covid-19 guidelines. She made sure the Mattresses were sanitise after use and was safe for other customers.

It was great for me when l found the bed l was looking for. The lady attended to me was very good and helpful to me and l also very grateful how dream kept protection and safety for their visitor.

I don’t normally like to shop for mattresses as it’s a bit confusing... but as soon as I walked in the door Nandita was a super star from start to finish!! I works as a A&E nurse at St Thomas A&E department and with all the craziness with COVID my backs been really playing me up.. it is 8 years old!! I informed Nandita and she was brilliant... she got me to lay on a bed... I felt like I was in SiFi film but it assessed which mattresses were good for me then she talked me through my options to find the perfect one... I felt like Goldilocks and the three bears!!! At all times she managed the PPE, cleaning post usage and the social distancing was great and good to see as a nurse that you guys have done brilliantly implementing it in your stores and the staff are informed... Simply spectacular Keep up the great work and you guys will be the first on my mind if I need anything for the future. Finally a big shout out for Nandita for her five star customer service and making a normally very confusing buy a breeze!!! Thank you
