I thought that the young lady who served us, Dalena, was excellent. Her product knowledge was very good, she was cheerful, friendly and helpful, she wasn't too pushy. A really nice person who had received though training.

I just came in to check for memory foam mattresses. Did not intend to buy. A really friendly lady walked up to me to tell about health and safety (sanitising and sheet for the beds to try) then she handed me over to Kristy who got me measured for my mattress match. Kristy showed me the possible options tobpick from. Really helpful. Then when i picked my choice i asked about payment plans which she explained in details. It was very straightforward. The whole experience was safe, professional, friendly and informative which made me purchase my dream mattress.

The member off staff Nandita was very attentive and helpful. She obeyed social distancing etc. She even offered us water which was surprising but very kind.
