The staff were polite, friendly and attentive not only to me but everyone in the store. They seemed to be well organised and worked well together. They had good knowledge of the products and willing to go the extra mile to help.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted by Gina who was more then helpful and had such incredible product knowledge. She tried us on a few beds and was very helpful throughout the whole process. It was clear that she enjoyed her work and made the whole experience very pleasant and easy. Would highly recommend a visit to friends/ colleagues who are looking for a new mattress/ bed.
