The staff were very knowledgeable and very helpful with helping us choose a suitable mattress for the style of our body. Gina helped and made sure we fully understood and if we had any questions she always had an answer.

The member of staff who helped me was very patient and listened to my requirements. She suggested different beds to try and was only too happy to answer my questions.
