The assistant was very patient and answered all of my queries. She was amazing and helped me get the perfect mattress for me using the machine. She was also very efficient with making me feel comfortable with the present covid situation

Gina was very helpful, took the time with us and let us find what we needed. We were a bit bamboozled by the sheer amount of mattress types, toppers etc. so she did well to guide us through it.

The person that helped us was the best! She was really nice and responsive to our needs, but without being at all pushy. It felt like she was genuinely committed to making sure we found the best bed for us, which wasn't easy because my husband I are completely different sleepers. She was also super patient when we kept changing our minds about things and when answering all of our random questions.
