Gina was a highly knowledgeable member of staff who took the time and care to ensure that we found exactly what we wanted. Gina was able to describe and explain products in a simple manner. Gina was friendly, personable and passionate!

I had rung up and spoken to Dionne to ask about a specific mattress and bed frame, she was very helpful over the phone in terms of product knowledge and delivery. When we came to the dreams store she helped us with the items we were interested in and any questions I had (hight of the bed frame and mattress together etc.) she answered with knowledge. Dionne also helped us with the in store machine so that we knew the mattress we were getting was right for us, this was really helpful as well. Customer service couldn't have been better, Dionne offered us refreshments, there was hand sanitiser upon entry and even while in the store other Dreams employees were conscious to let us pass while maintaining social distancing. This was myself and my boyfriend's first mattress and bed buying experience and it couldn't have been easier, nicer or more enjoyable in my opinion. The products were just what we were looking for and in terms of delivery our needs were also met. I will definitely be recommending the website and the store to anyone who is in need of such services in the future. I was very impressed and very pleased with our visit to Dreams.
