The staff who assisted was very professional, she spoke to me extremely well. She was very patient with me gave me all the options. Gave me the chance to test all the mattresses recommended by the sleep machine.

I was able to try different styles of mattress at ease, all the questions i had asked were answered which gave me the confident to choose what i hope will be the perfect mattress for me. I say hope because it will be delivered next week and after i have slept on it for a few weeks then i will be able to give a feed back on the product. but the service was excellent!

Excellent Knowledge by Gina our sales assistant, variety was very good and the body assessment tool was very useful to narrow our choice down to those that suited us. The quality and cleanliness of the beds on show was very good and we felt safe with the cleaning and protection process. We fond what we think is the ideal bed through good service and a enjoyable experience for a very difficult item to choose. Clean,safe,well,stocked,good knowledge and a friendly service, what more could you wish for (except a good nights sleep when it arrives)
