Dreams - New Cross

Dreams made the daunting task of buying a new mattress extremely easy and very pleasant despite the current circumstances. Very soon after walking into the store - and facing a endless display of mattresses - a lovely assistant called Gina warmly welcomed us and listed to our needs. She promptly shows us a very innovative system where you lay on a bed a few minutes and some sensors capture your posture and via a computers detect the best mattresses for you. Gina walked us from mattress to mattress taking the time to explain the characteristics of each of the ones we ere interested in. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and really determined to find the right mattress for us. She was never pushy or in a hurry. When we finally found the one, the buying processes very easy and Gina explained everything very easily. It was a Dream experience!
