I waited for over 1:30 hours for my transaction to be accepted. It wasn’t any of the shop’s staff fault, but Barclays costumer service. It was very frustrating sitting there waiting for all that time.

Delivery was quoted as a TWO hour window only to receive the goods half hour outside the TWO hour window I chased delivery fifteen minutes outside the quoted time - I was not called before or after and there was no apology

I have seen in another dreams store a same product which was on sale 7 days before that included two best pillows and £20 cheaper. That is why I was not fully stisfied. Thanks

I think refunds should be available for at least 48 hours after purchase. Also the advisor priced up the order incorrectly and instead of a quote went through the whole process. So its a tactic for securing a sale

First impression upon entering the store was below average, ie, welcome and professionalism leaves much to be desired. The day was saved, just about, by one staff member who seemed to have good product knowledge. Overall attitude in the store was very casual (too casual). I will probably go back to Dreams but maybe not this branch.

None of your stores have the Kelso sofa bed in their showroom. Nor do they have the swatches which means v hard to make a choice.

Unhappy with matress purchased. The assistant and packaging indicated a standardly sized single matress, however once i opened it I noted that it was actually half the depth of a notmal one. The matress is so thin that it slides underneath the headboard, completely useless. A fairly costly regret. Would not recommend.
