Listened to my needs and accomodated them

I found the assistant very good not over sales talk .yet very helpful.

The sales assistant was very friendly and helpful, but we would have liked more time to try the beds out by ourselves, once he had explained how it works.

I was very impressed and served with a great service by Atta and Ish

I was very happy with the service.

Prices where high on bed related products and the delivery charges where high in considertion of the fact that i could have ordered online amd got it sent for free

The overall brand experience was let down by the tired store design and layout. I think this is probably the same throughout your network. It doesn't keep up with current trends of making the consumer experience feel part of a lifestyle experience. Rather than the environments being relaxed like a bedroom the layout and presentation was 'cold warehouse' the colour coding of mattresses was good as was staff knowledge and help but I'd recommend utilising a branding agency to help. I'd recommend Interbrand London.

I thought I would have free delivery, but realised a 39.00 fee had been added for delivery.

I didnt really understand what I was buying, all the info on springs was a little much. I'd have preferred to walk around the store and try lots of beds in my own time. I did the machine that told me which mattress to buy but I'm not sure I saw any of them

Was told delivery would be one week later but that was for a different colour
