This is the second time that I have visited the store, and always the attention has been amazing. The employee always attentive, starting with offering coffee or tea, then they explained to us the different type of mattress. Asking us our needs. Really good attention.

The store looks like it could do with a bit of a refurb. Looking a bit old. Otherwise only complaint is that my bed wasn't available to take away the same day and we have to wait for 3 weeks.

Delivery of the bed and mattress will be 5 weeks away which is too long. We nearly cancelled the transaction because of this.

Whilst in store there were staff members clearly not doing anything, but no one approached us to ask if we needed assistance. We tried the beds, selected the item we wanted to purchase and then had to approach staff ourselves. The person who helped us was very nice during the ordering process.

I had a good experience at the store, but felt the store could have looked better, it was a little uninviting and almost put us off until Atta, our sales advisor, helped us to find the right bed and allayed any fears or concerns we had.

The dreams warehouse at new cross felt like a kiln, specially the top floor. No doubt it was a hot day, but the temperature in store was way higher than ambient. There should have been some cooling mechanism to keep the temperature moderated. Cleanliness could have been better, as my shirt was quite dirty after getting up after trying mattresses. Finally the store colleagues should offer some deals and have some discretionary offers as good will gesture like pillows, mattress protectors etc.
