Dreams - New Cross

Customer service was very good. Unfortunatley there is a 2 month lead time on the bed we ordered which as not made clear to us until after we had paid for the order in full.

I hate shopping

The bed was too expensive

We could not find one of the items we were interested in (namely thr Tempur Cloud Delux 21) so we could not see the difference between that product and the one we finally bougth. I would also have preferred to matttresses of the same type to be even closer each other in the shop to facilitate the comparison.

I was shocked at your delivery price £39.00. Considering I have to assemble the product myself on top of that! Also a delivery date wasn't available and was told it would be the longest 6 weeks. Quite a while to wait

I was told there had to be a delivery charge; this info was wrong; I was charged for delivery; then had to go through process of having to have delivery charge reimbursed.

As we are French we took measurements in cm not in feet and inches. A member of staff came to help us but it was quite difficult to find out what were the actual measurements we needed. It took us about 20 to 30 minutes. Once we managed to find out everything went perfectly well. Our advisor Gemma was really friendly and took our order quickly.

I visited the store on Saturday afternoon. There was only one shop assistance on the floor helping customers. I would have liked my assistance with making my purchase.

The bed I was looking for was upstairs and I didn't know. I was wondering around and nobody came to offer help. When I manage to find the bed upstairs none of the staff was there with me so my son has to go to get one of the staff

Delivery times are not very satisfactory three weeks for delivery.
