It is very difficult for me to be highly satisfied in general as nothing is 100% perfect in life. but the staff that served us her name is Gina has a good sense of humour and was extremely friendly and was knowledgeable. When it's come to her customer service, I was very impressed therefore highly satisfied.

The interest free option is not competitive enough. Most companies offer at least 3 years payment option for items over £500. Dreams only offered 10 months.

After purchasing two beds in a purchase, I would have expected at least a free pillow as a thank you but was told they can offer anything. A bit disappointed.
