Dreams - New Cross

There was only 2 members of staff in the showroom which meant that dealing with customers became a juggling act. Need more staff on the shop floor.

I was highly satisfied at this branch of dreams, Gina was very knowledgeable on our first visit and Jo took over where Gina left off on our second visit and we found the perfect mattress. Gina even got us a discount when we ordered it on the phone a few days after our store visit.

About delivery. Dream delivery from Monday to Friday are free. But this time available on theSaturday. So i need to pay fordelivery fees.

The store was hot.

It was mainly to do with the overall price of the purchases. However, this has nothing to do with Dreams. We had a great experience in store and Joe was extremely helpful, friendly and honest. Thank you very much Joe for helping us finally purchase a new bed. We cannot wait for it to arrive. Much love.

excellent service, staff with very good knowledge of bed products, efficiency. But need wait a bit.

I didn't like that if you downgrade a bed you aren't refunded the difference in value, nor that you can't get cash back if you return the bed, nor that you can't canel the order up to the date of delivery.

Because there is always room for improvement in providing customer service
