Dreams - New Cross

the delivery time is too long.

Would have being Highly Satisfied if the all items I needed are free of charges.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at dreams, the service I received was friendly and assistant was very patient whilst I took time trailing the beds on the shop floor.

the price was ok the staff was very helpful I can't really say anything more they gave a good price it's just really exspenvive

Signs were not clear and there was no written explaination in terms of what mattress meant what which I would of liked to see.

Friendly staff helped with every aspect.

Store was quite busy on the day due the sale and my assistant told me they were understaffed due to illness so it was quite hectic with my sales assistant having to help other customers whilst she was serving me, wasn't a problem though as she was curtiouis, knowledgeable and i wasnt in a hurry so it didn't bother me

Some of the items were not in store and was told they were only available online.

We ordered a mattress on a Sunday the 10th of December but there is no chance to receive it until January which is after the festive and when we most need it for our guests. We could understand a wait of 10 days or even 2 weeks but January is a far too long wait. We nearly pulled out from the deal whilst in the store and we are still considering other products from other stores which might be able to deliver before the 22nd of December which is when we need it. We expected a swifter service from Dreams. Lastly, the commission for the staff member seemed to be very unfair, Gina sold us the mattress from the New Cross branch, showing infinite knowledge, instead the commission will go to Charlene who only helped me for 15 minutes when I went for a brisk check on prices. Gina was with us for an hour and was most helpful and able to to comprehend fully our needs. It felt very unfair she would take no commission on our sale.
