THE LADY THAT ATTENDED TO ME LEFT ME AT AN INITIAL STAGE TO ATTEND TO OTHER CUSTOMERS. IT WAS WHEN I WAS ABOUT TO WALK OUT OF THE STORE THAT THE STORE MANAGER SAW ME AND ASKED IF HAVE BEEN SEEN TO AND I TOLD HER WHAT HAPPENED. THE STORE MANAGER TOLD HER TO ATTEND TO ME THAT SHE WILL ATTEND TO THE OTHER CUSTOMERS. DONT KNOW WHY SHE BEHAVED IN THAT WAY. LATER SHE BECAME FRIENDLY WHEN SHE REALISED I AM A SERIOUS BUYER NOT WINDOW SHOPPING

The shop had only one staff who had to attend to people asking questions frequently while serving me. I find this rude and disruptive during the services provide on the shop floor for the amount of money been spent on a product No fault of staff she was trying to help every one

Wish there would be a wider display for most of the stock, it would also be nice if dreams offer 100 nights policy same as other companies do

I was not highly satisfied because I believe my staff helper was very good and helped me a lot but I believe there is no such thing as highly satisfied

The bailey bed was shown available to view in store at new cross gate but the bed waa still not ready for demo in store. A bit disappointing. The staff also not sure how the bed will work

I THINK IT COULD OF BEEN A BIT MORE BITTER, WITH HOW WE CAME IN WE HAD TO WAIT FOR A GO TIME TO BE BEEN SEEN ONE PERSON FROM 5-7 AT NIGHT NOT GOOD

Gina was great when I came to the shop. I ended up making a purchase because she was attentive, knowledgeable and friendly, however, I returned the next day to change the mattress and I met two individuals who were not helpful at all. I was awfully disappointed since my first experience was very positive and the second was not great and it was only a day apart. My bed and mattress have been delivered today, but there is a very strong smell in my bedroom which is really off-putting. I'll wait till tomorrow and see if there is a difference. If not, I'll head back to the store as I can't sleep with this strong unusual scent.

I did not want to get involved with arranging delivery - I wanted to take the item (headboard) with me or collect it from the store. I was told that neither was possible.

time period from purchase to receiveing said item ,was for me a little longer then i would of wished
