I purchased a mattress in 2016 i was given the impressions on advert and frm customer service thst i can ask for another mattress if i am not satified with the one purchased within 60 months. But when i came tjis year to express my cobcetn due to lowrr backache i was told my insurance package covers only damage not collectinv another one.

I didn't have any issues with the service within the store. The only thing i found confusing was the label in front of the beds as some information was not clear as the costing of the base. for example if the label says it's £499, it needs to say base only not including a mattress.

We could not find the range of fabric ottoman beds we desired and had to go to an alternate store.

Bed frame we were after was not in stock for 8 weeks or more... this added hassle of finding a similar mode elsewhere. We didn’t like the rest of the models.

With regards to the time I had to wait for the credit agency to get in touch. I guess this has nothing to do with Dreams, but the third party that you guys work with to approve credit.

Good service however the overall look of the store is not the best and its at first confusing and overwhelming how the products are laid out in the store for someone who hadn't visited the store before
