The mattresses in store are not displayed in a logical format. When we were looking for mattresses on a certain firmness level, we have to walk around the store to find them scattered around.

The sales assistant was excellent and very accommodating. The price range is a bit high in comparison to other retailers. Which is why I am less than satisfied.

i was highly satisfied with the assistants we got, we had trouble getting our sofa and bed on finance when the lady there is a different company we use and this worked the second time round. this helped us out as we didnt have to pay the full price and could spread it out over 10 months
