Dreams - New Cross

I wasn't looking for high satisfaction. I wanted a mattress for my second home and didn't want a 'Rolls Royce' product or service. I was happy with what I got.

I liked that I could test the mattress types to give an indication of the type and difference between the foam and spring/coil mattress types. This helped in making an informed decision to place the order.

Overall my experience was very satisfactory in every way - it just wasn't exceptional like free tea and coffee and a mars bar that's the only reason I didn't click highly satisfied

Staff were very friendly but could have been a little more knowledgeable

I am satisfied which means I am pretty much highly satisified.

Had to find a staff member, werent welcome when we entered the store

there is always room for improvement and no one is absolutely perfect

I was satisfied overall, but at the end I paid slightly over my budget Service was good but was sort of pounced on when arriving in shop. I think I would of liked more time to look around first, The assistant was very polite and seem to know her product knowledge , But found her a tiny bit pushy but nothing that made me uncomfortable

Price of product was for me a bit expensive (this is personal)
