The store didn't have any stock of the items we were looking for

The only think is that the store has no lift. So it was hard for my mum to go upstairs for the bed frame she was after. However the assistant Nadita was very helpful and gave my mum the time she needed.

The bed I viewed online was not available in store, so it was difficult for me to go ahead an order it. I was told I only have 48 hours to change my mind. Not right!

During my time within the shop, there were members of staff outside the back of the store smoking, and unfortunately the smoke was drifting in through the open door. I personally do not feel this is very professional on their behalf, and does not make the environment as nice as it could be, because everything started to smell strongly of cigarette smoke. Everything else was highly satisfactory.
