I was informed that I would be able to spread payments over 36months then once I agreed price and started doing the paper work for credit agreement I was told that I could now only have 30months 0% credit, which took my payments per month up by nearly £30. it took me by surprise but didn't stop me purchasing. The reason I didn't place it as highly satisfied is simply because I wasn't able to get over 36months. But Gina was hugely apologetic and very sincere with it.
