The days of waiting for delivery was too long for the money spend on the items that I bought. I will be appreciate if delivery day can be further soon than I hat is available now to improve service pls. Thx

I can't claim to be highly satisfied, as the range of items within my budget was fairly limited. We did find something suitable though

I originally tried placing the order online, I didn’t visit the shop. I used the chat service and had a very helpful response. The lady was able to place my order over the phone and had good customer service. If I had visited the shop or was able to place the order myself online, I may have scored higher.

I items I needed were out of stock. Very limited choice. Too longtime time to deliver. I ordered on 23/Aug. delivery on 22/September. Disappointed!!!

The waiting time for the arrival and installation of the product is too long.

I think the mettras is little bit uncomfortable for my back

We've visited a few Dreams stores before ordering the mattress. The last one we visited offered the best experience (in terms of customer service and time to try out matresses) and allow us to make up our mind. However, the experience at the first store was comparatively sub-optimal.

I would have preferred an earlier delivery date. Is one available?
